• Metropolitan area management organization or its representative company that has been designated as an urban revitalization promotion corporation (including plans to be designated)
• Metropolitan area management organization or its representative company that works to enhance regional value in collaboration with municipalities and independent administrative agencies
• Metropolitan area management organization or its representative company that has been designated as an urban revitalization promotion corporation (including plans to be designated) , working to enhance regional value in collaboration with municipalities and independent administrative agencies

• Support for introducing candidate partners to build a consortium for applying: We introduce candidate partners that have solutions, contributing to solving problems in the area.
• Response to inquiries about procedures for proposals: We respond to inquiries about documents and procedures required for public applications as needed.

2 For startups and other businesses that would like to propose the use of their own services to solve problems in each area of Tokyo

Referral to local governments and area management organizations in need: We provide support by introducing candidates when they are useful for solving problems in the area and meet the needs of the area management organization.

3 For selected implementers

• Payment of agreement fund: We pay agreement fund (Data Linkage Type: Up to 50 million yen/year, Data Linkage Preparatory Type: Up to 30 million yen/year * Only Data Linkage Preparatory Type in Public Offering for FY 2024) to selected implementers according to the results of efforts. (For details, refer to ‘Agreement Fund Explanation Document‘.)
• Advice on projects to implementers: We provide advice on project progress management and creation of results through regularly held Individual Meetings.
• Implementation of project promotion support: We publicize the details of each project through public relations media such as this website.
• Support for strengthening cooperation with other implementers: Each of the implementers will gather together, share information on their projects, and hold Joint Meetings to deepen cooperation between projects.
