Notice of Public Offering for Fiscal 2024

1 Overview and Purpose
The Tokyo Metropolitan Government is working towards realizing “Smart Tokyo,” which aims to unlock Tokyo’s potential through digital power by building an urban OS and promoting urban smartification. Since fiscal year 2023, we have been implementing the “Data Linkage and Utilization Promotion Project.”
This project supports initiatives that connect data collaboration platforms, such as urban OS, across regions to create new services and develop smart cities.
We are pleased to announce that we are now inviting businesses to collaborate with the Tokyo Metropolitan Government on this project.
２ Contents of Support
（１）Conclusion of agreements with project implementers
The Tokyo Metropolitan Government will conclude an agreement for the implementation of the project with the project implementers who have been selected through the examination.
（２）Payment of the agreement to project implementers
The Tokyo Metropolitan Government will pay agreement funds to project implementers based on the outcomes of their initiatives. (For details, please refer to the “Agreement Fund Explanation Document.”)
（３）Providing Project Advice to Project Implementers
The Secretariat of the Project for Data Connect and Utilization Promotion confirms the status of project implementation and provides advice to contribute to the creation of results.
（４）Promotion Support for the Project
The Project Secretariat will promote the details of each project through its own website and other public relations media.

５ How to apply for the open call
Please download the application form below, fill in the required information, and send the electronic data of the application to the Secretariat by e-mail in the submission form specified in the application guidelines.
(Please send it by attaching the data to an email instead of uploading it to cloud storage. Also, please send the data with a capacity of 70MB or less per copy.)
